Working with Bullen Developments, we have designed 17 new homes, each with its own style and character. The focus was to design houses with a traditional Norfolk vernacular. The houses provide comfortable country living with a sense of modern luxury, while also including high levels of privacy and security.  Despite the traditional style the houses incorporate the latest cutting edge technology, with integration of full home media where required.

We designed the landscaping in conjunction with Arne Maynard and the gardens were designed to reflect the beautiful surroundings, also to create a feeling of seclusion and space. The boundaries are made up of yew hedges and willow hurdles, with many of the existing trees incorporated to provide a real sense of establishment.
